Sankalp Singh Mehra is a self-motivated and team-oriented Software Engineer with over 3.95 years of experience in developing backend APIs and business logic for lending and OTT platforms. He holds a post-graduate degree in Computer Applications and has extensive knowledge and project experience in Python. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Creditvidya, Sankalp is responsible for developing backend APIs and business logic for lending platforms for various clients such as MI Credit and GPay. He is also involved in regular discussions with teams regarding the feasibility of software prototypes and is gaining hands-on experience in building async APIs. Additionally, he is learning and working on various technologies such as Java (Vertex), Flowable, and MongoDB. Previously, Sankalp worked as a Software Engineer at Yupptv, where he developed backend code for the OTT platform for the company and its clients. He also worked on integrating content from various VOD and EPG content providers with the system and provided quick code modifications according to changing requirements and errors/bug fixes. He gained hands-on experience in integrating and building APIs and worked with payment services integration such as Braintree and RazorPay. Sankalp also has experience as a Penetration Tester at Crazy Ripples, where he monitored possible vulnerabilities using the security compliances of the company. He performed routine vulnerability scans against specified systems and wrote scripts in Python to automate the process of monitoring and scanning. He gained practical knowledge on topics such as computer networking and operating systems. Sankalp is passionate about handling problems and coding to positively contribute to the organization.
